For the control of reptile insects ( cockroach , ant etc. ) residual spraying with low pressure sprayers is required. The application of the spray is done peripherally inside the buildings (skirting) as well as in places where they nest and reproduce e.g. siphons, cracks in the walls, cracks etc. It is also recommended to spray outdoors, e.g. sewer wells, waste bins, etc., which offer favorable conditions for the growth and reproduction of insects.

The formulations used in these cases are either acaricides or growth regulators. The acmeicides act on the nervous system of the acme causing them to be killed, while the growth regulators act on the biological cycle of the insects, preventing the larva from transforming into a nymph. Especially for the fight against the cockroach , in order to ensure higher success rates, gel is applied in places where it is not possible to spray.
